The ASTM A563 specification covers the chemical and mechanical requirements for nuts of various grades used for different applications.
NOTE: ASTM A194 Grade 2H nuts are commonly substituted for ASTM A563 Grade DH. The strength of the A194 2H nut exceeds that of the A563 DH nut.
