Nickel Plating

Has a brighter more decorative finish than zinc plating, however with similar corrosion resistance. Parts are typically copper electroplated first as an undercoat before the nickel electroplating is applied.

Application: Provides a decorative finish. The standard finish on acorn nuts and finish washers.
