Heavy duty expansion anchor used in solid base materials. They feature an expansion mechanism at the base of the anchor and a nut and flat washer on top. Wedge anchors are the most common heavy duty anchor.
Base Materials: Concrete, Masonry. Solid Only.
Other Names: Stud Anchor, Kwik-Bolt®, Redi-Bolt®, Power-Stud®
Installation: Drill recommended sized hole in base material. Drive the anchor into the hole with a hammer until the nut and washer are flush. Tighten the nut until the anchor is secure.
